We have worked with developers on a range of significant projects designed to promote the health, happiness and wellbeing of locals and newcomers alike. We've witnessed a combination of visionary ideas and a respectful preservation of the fabric of the natural and built environment.

Through interviews and storytelling, our copy has helped to paint a picture of the new residential, commercial and communal spaces to come.

MELBOURNE SQUARE

This major project from OSK Property and COX Architecture in the heart of Southbank drew upon the essence of Melbourne in its design and its brand. This allowed us to explore the city’s history and hear from leading industry figures for marketing designed by Grenade. An epic brochure, website, ads, posters, Domain wraps and a style guide were all part of this large-scale project.

SOUTH CITY SQUARE

We've worked on many property projects in Brisbane, including this major new precinct from Pellicano and Perri Projects. We began collaborating on South City Square with Cornwell, writing a precinct brochure and a brochure for the first residential release. Over the years this was followed by several brochures for subsequent releases, as well as copy to market the retail spaces.

WATERLINE PLACE

AVJennings has been building communities for more than 85 years, so it's been an education to work alongside them on the storytelling for Waterline Place in Williamstown. We collaborated with Metropolis on a series of releases, including townhomes, apartments and penthouses, with each appealing to a different market yet still using consistent brand language to create a sense of character for this new precinct.
