'Check in with yourself'

Smiling Mind is modern meditation. It’s also a not-for-profit organisation that works to make meditation accessible for everyone. The Smiling Mind app has reached over one million people, and its programs are used in more than 1300 schools.

We worked with our like-minded friends at Seesaw to refresh the Smiling Mind brand language, writing simple, clean and clear copy to complement the design. This included copy for the website, the app and an education brochure as well as a detailed style guide to help with consistent wording and tone.

Our long-term partnership with Seesaw enabled us to quickly improve the website and app experience on an extremely tight deadline. We were tasked to introduce new features, new mediations, classroom programs and a new dashboard.

Smiling Mind is committed to creating a mindful generation and see mindfulness meditation on the Australian Curriculum by 2020. We’re proud to be part of this mission to provide lifelong tools for young people.

We love writing for this sector across health, mental health, retirement living and community services, working with clients committed to helping people enjoy enriched and happier lives. Our copywriting has ranged from public-facing applications to corporate documents, annual reports and brand language.

In 2016 we flew around the country interviewing mental health consumers for Neami National, Australia’s largest largest service coordination provider, before writing the Annual Report.

That year also saw us interview patients and professionals around Melbourne on behalf of the prestigious Carrington Health.

We're also proud to have worked on a brand refresh, new website and series of brochures for MOIRA, one of Victoria’s most respected community support providers which is currently transitioning to the NDIS.
